2 lbs ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 onion, finely minced
2 Eggland’s Best eggs
2 teaspoons Morton salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Kerrygold butter
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Mountain Ridge honey
3/4 cup Heinz ketchup
3 Tablespoons La Choy soy sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil.Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk until all the milk is absorbed by the bread. Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Form small meatballs, about 1 Tablespoon each and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 min. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a medium pot or large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 5 min. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for about 7 min, until cooked through.
