My kids always talk to me about taking snacks into their classroom. I don’t ever remember my mom doing that for me, but I guess it’s something that all the parents do now… thanks a lot Pinterest. Just kidding… but really, I don’t have time to make a dessert to take in all the time. I have to work and take care of the house and the kids and so on and so forth. These are so simple though, and super cute. It looks like I’ve spent a long time putting this together when really it only takes but a few minutes. The kids love them too! Use disposable cups for that though so you don’t have to worry about taking a bunch of jars back home to wash.
Ingredients
6 mini Nilla vanilla wafer cookies
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions
Place 3 vanilla wafer cookies on the bottom of a jar.
Add 1/2 cup of the whipped topping.
Add 1/4 cup of the strawberries, the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping, and the remaining 1/4 cup strawberries.
Chill for 1 hour before serving to allow the vanilla wafers to absorb the whipped topping.
