1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Herb & Butter
2 cups 2-inch pieces fresh green beans
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
SEASON chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until golden and thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
COOK garlic in same skillet over medium-low heat, stirring, until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Stir in 2 cups of water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Herb & Butter and green beans* and cook according to package directions.
STIR in Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and chicken; let stand 2 minutes. Sprinkle, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese.
* If green beans are thin, bring Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Herb & Butter and water to a boil; reduce heat, then add green beans to skillet.
