Ingredients

  • 1 lb white cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies

 Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the pot of your crock pot.
  2. Turn the crock pot onto low heat making sure to stir every once and a while until all the cheese is melted.
  3. Once all the cheese is melted you can turn the crock pot down to warm and serve with chips.
